FEP is a perfect blend of modern as well as ancient way of maintaining fitness levels of the highest order.The Program includes Yoga and meditation sessions carefully designed for alignment and balance between body and mind. On top of it, under the guidance of nutrition experts, RSA has complimented the Program with imparting the knowledge to bring awareness and action on healthy eating habits. The balance diet ensures that there is a regular and no over or under intake of food, as per the demand of body at the given age group.
