Archery Coaching

 Archery is an inclusive sports and everybody has an ability to master it. Archery is a great sport for kids as it teaches self-discipline and problem solving. RSA’s Archery training Program aims one to be active, to  burn calories and get in a better state of mind that includes:

  • Positioning of fingers and strings
  • Balance, stability and co-ordination
  • Consistency
  • Proper Gearing
  • Upper body stretch


  • Learning the basics of the bow, shooting form, and especially safety.
  • Getting hands on experience with the archery equipment.
  • Learning about body flexibility and positioning and to concentrate.


  • Targeting specific areas for improvement and growth.
  • Focusing on hitting the target and maintaining the balance
  •  Starting to participate in the competitions at various level.


  • Focusing on the skills and mental attributes necessary for competition at the top levels of the sport.
  • Showcasing outstanding skills of archery at competitions.
  • Working with own equipment and to practice independently between training sessions to improve skills and enhance overall performance.
